MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY FOR NSDAR

Any woman is eligible for membership who is no less than eighteen years of age and can prove lineal, bloodline descent from an ancestor who aided in achieving American independence. She must provide documentation for each statement of birth, marriage, and death. Admission to membership in the NSDAR is either by invitation through a chapter or as a Member-At-Large. No chapter may discriminate against an applicant on the basis of race or creed. For more information click on NSDAR or for Virginia DAR go to VADAR .

 Meetings are held September through June on the first
Tuesday of each month at 12:30 PM, unless otherwise noted.
